I was just looking at an older earnings report today and it said the land was throughput from Ferris's LLC to Virtra. So I'm not sure if Ferris LLC bought the land from another investor then it went through to VTSI or if Ferris himself was the original landowner. I may not be remembering the whole paragraph though.

A close above .085 would really be nice on the technical side.
