On August 20 2004, Eneftech Corp entered into an acquisition transaction with iWorld Projects & Systems, Inc., a Florida corporation (iWorld) with its principal offices located in Dallas, Texas. The registrant acquired all of the issued and outstanding shares of stock of iWorld, which becomes a wholly owned subsidiary of Eneftech Corp. A copy of the acquisition agreement is attached as Exhibit 10.1

So Eneftech Corp is the mother company which absorbed iWorld Projects & Systems Inc (and thus Organic Solutions and Silesia Enterprises) then later became Healthcare of Today which ended up taking several companies of its own under its umbrella (SKTO, OCTI, AEGY, and Sunarias)


So Healthcare of Today doesn't only seem like a replay of the iWorld Projects & Systems operation:
