Tried to sell share during last week of Dec.

Couldn't sell even with a market order. I waited too long.

Buddy of mine called TD Ameritrade and they bought his shares for $1. But when he got his Form 1099 from TDA, his ADZR sale was shown as "non-reporting". His accountant said she'd submit it as a loss but it would get kicked out by the IRS. Don't understand that scenario.

Looked closer at my Form 1099 and I had a "non-reporting" trade too. It was a sell trade that resulted in a $5 loss due to the $9.99 commission. Don't understand that either.
