Its not an annual report as stated. It's nothing more than what was already PRed. It also contains some articles of incorporation from way back for some reason. It shows the bylaws signed but not dated by Martel, as well stating how BOD is setup but no BOD members listed anywhere that I can see. It talks about an annual shareholder meeting and to the best of my knowledge their hasn't been one. At least I wasn't invited. Then there is a contract between Posilite and Design 1st:
"The purpose of the single cavity unit as outlined in phase 1 is to provide a test bed which will enable the Company and the Candidate to better familiarize themselves with the operating characteristics of a rudimentary MHU. This will also permit us to experiment with a few heat exchanger configurations in order to obtain optimum results. This is not for the design of a commercially applicable unit but is necessary first step towards phase 2 (which is a pre-production prototype of a commercially viable unit)."
