From the pending Nokia's lawsuit, I think Nokia shares your viewpoint too. However, our management has stated that IDCC is going with the Qualcomm model - you uses just one, you pay. It's the same rate regardless how many IPR you want.

IMO no way because Nokia has a ton of IPR in 3-G and only needs to license what they need. NEC on the other side of the coin has much less.
