Virtra had negotiated a payment schedule with the IRS for the back payroll taxes that they inherited.

IMO - it was a smart move for management to pay this off as slow as the IRS permitted. It was basically an interest free loan.

Regardless, I'm glad it's off the books now.

We're just about ready to break out. Good things are in the works.
