Something of interest in the call that I made. I posed as someone shopping around for id protection when I called. Told him I was wanting to learn more about some of the services available. I told him I had been to the website, but wanted to speak to a real person when making such a decision. There was a period of confusion by him which seemed to me as what website I was referring to. The vibe I got was that he thought to himself..ok this is the Guard Dog # that was called so it must be GD's product line. It was a little awkward for him for a sec. He got his bearings and was very helpful after he felt confident in what he was working with. Read it how you will ????
