In 2002 Charles Morgan Securities was retained as a consultant for corporate planning, advise on potential mergers and acquisitions and private placement of company stock. The cost of such services being $65K cash and 1.4M in common stock.

In 2003 Fordham Financial Management assumes consulting responsibilities of Charles Morgan.
