triangle.. your questions re: mms are outside my realm. I can say though, when I was a broker and had a large position to buy or sell, I would call the OTC department and ask them to become a MM in that stock. They would then register with Nasdaq. It usually took a day. But I recall, in one instance it was same day. Hope this helps somewhat.
