mjk, I'd like to apologize. I know I dressed you down pretty harshly in front of the others on this board. I did so because - in my opinion and that of many others on this board - you're our resident expert on Panamanian gov't, business, and law. When you say something about the news on the ground, it carries a lot more weight than if one of the rest of us on this board were to say the same thing.

As I've stated before, I have a very low tolerance for BS and while it might seem ironic, I have a greater BS tolerance for a poster who's not respected than for one who is. It's because other board members put so much more weight into your words.

If what you say is true (and, contrary to popular belief, I hope that it is!), then I expect more than suggestion, speculation, and conjecture as evidence for the board. The evidence is that Joint Venture Panama, Inc is getting the contracts which leads to the assumption that PDI is not. If you know otherwise, I encourage you to make your case and present your evidence for the other board members to decide for themselves.

I intend to keep this a credible board. I tolerate posters who say we'll be trading sub-penny tomorrow b/c everyone knows it's a joke. When you say PDI will be bigger than PTQ, people believe it, and as such, you have an ethical responsibility to those people who are putting their cash, hopes, and dreams into this venture when you make such claims. Anyone who would do otherwise is just trying to use the board as their personal tool for manipulation and that is something I will not tolerate as moderator. If I do, then the ethical responsibility is shared by me as well.

Again, in retrospect I could have (and should have) handled the situation better and addressed your claims in a more reasonable manner. I hope you will accept my apology.
