Corrections in filing
It seems that Deloitte uncovered two typos and an error of the size of a salt field during their "assessement of the company's controls" as they call it :)

EXPLANATORY NOTE

This Amendment No. 3 to the Current Report on Form 8-K, which was filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on June 8, 2010 and amended on August 16, 2010 and January 18, 2011, is being filed to correct a typographical error in this Explanatory Note. Amendment No. 2 to the Current Report was filed to correct a typographical error in Schedule 1 to Exhibit 10.1 to change the size of the Crude Salt Pan in Item 54 from 30,000 square kilometers to 3 square kilometers.
