Want to know why there isn't any positive PPS movement upwards today?

"Because of the new laws the MM's have gotten themselves in to a heck of a pickle. They have 13 days, starting today, to purchase all of the short shares that they borrowed up to now. They need to purchase the replacement shares lower then they sold the borrowed shares, to turn a profit. In order to do that, the MM's need to drive the price lower the MM's can't allow the price to rise or they will lose their shirts when they purchase their replacement shares."
