I spoke with a very friendly agent. She said it was very strange that I did not my reports available to me yet. She escalated the problem and said that she would call me right back as soon as they found out what was going on. I'm kinda glad it happened as I am atleast able to put them to the test a little. Customer service picked up within 15 seconds of being put on hold the intial time; not bad.
