Janice, his lawyer has told him to keep his mouth shut and let the lawyer do the talking. Remember what happened to another ceo of a company that went to jail for a couple of months because she was found guilty of lying. Not of stock fraud. Don't open your mouth and you don't give any ammo to an enemy that is out to get you. I'm assuming knowing your love for UC, that you'd like him to go to jail.

Because winning really is the only thing. Losers say everything else.
