LOL! The reason they didn't sell at that price is because the suggestion of the offer is little more than a clever pump attempt. There has been an epidemic of these bogus way-over-the-market-price phantom "offers" among various OTC/Pink stocks over the past few months - and this one is just as imaginary. Happy trading!
