As long as they are not in the name of Management, they are not taking the responsibility of Management and commit to investors/traders. Even they were deeply involved in management, we should not consider them as Management. That will make a wrong acknowledgment for the judgment of investment operation and possibly result in big loss of money. The Management should take full responsibility of whole, including the trust of Investor relationship and press release. An inability or uncertain Management for the company, if it is in this case, that was what I meant questionable..

Just clarify those functions of company operation for the communication and investment operation for following up of the consequence of market. That is my understanding.
