is that art from H.R Giger?

I'm just curious because I have the Monsters from the ID, Morpheus book and the art in the book relates to the picture you have.

The art H.R Giger creates is truly magnificent, it's amazing how someone can draw something with such detail coming from the mind.

My favorites are Vlad Tepes and Necronom VIII.
