I'd like to start by saying that I have a free subscription to IHUB and do not intend on ever paying. I don't have the time. Second, this is my interpretation. Do your own DD!

There are 3 investors trying to unload shares. 11.2 million to be exact. They want out. All of this info is in the last form 20F if you care to look. We were delisted from the NAS smallcap and they wanted their money back. We did establish a $2.4 million fund to pay them back, but the board decided that they didn’t have to pay them back that way. Good news is, that money is now back in the company coffers. Anyway, they are just trying to get their money back. They got in at .20 and are not willing to unload too far under that price. I don’t think it’s that big of a deal. The paper company was losing money, now CTGLF is unproven and may be too risky for the 3 investors that want out. I think it’s good that we didn’t loose all of them. All of this has gone on since last October and we are still holding this price.

Also there is the 13,328,624 shares that were just issued. They were newly issued. It was to repay debt owed to “themselves” and for .09 per share. It seems they may have unloaded a bunch of them already,, at the end of last month. Good news is someone else was there to absorb them all!! Whoever that someone is along with a few 100k retail buyers kept the price up. It does look like the insider % has gone up. My theory is, it was the company just paying Dr. Fan some cash for all of his hard work.

All of you guru’s trying to sugar coat issues sort of gets to me. It’s just as bad as others going around to other boards trying to pump. You people act like good companies never sell their own stock??
