agreed, the "supposed" JV has nothing to do with an existing share structure as far as feasibility goes, but what s with the traveling around the world if it is in fact a "done deal"?

And don't say the "Arizona Claims" because those are dead in the water until the green light by the bureaus, NO foreign country/company is going to even consider those AZ claims until that happens, waste of time traveling. I would think scammish if I was Chinese/East looking into it, I work with the Chinese people VERY OFTEN- I KNOW
