What are you talking about? That issue would be, how many shares are out on a fully diluted basis. That is a known number and it can be accounted for by anyone who finds the amount of shares an issue in regards to doing a deal.

Frankly, and in my opinion, it doesn't matter. The value of a deal is not calculated on the number of shares. The value per share is a result of the size of the deal, not the other way around.

Moreover, and again in my opinion, I do not see LBSR having to make a large new issue of shares at all ever again.
