Im not sure its a 'management mistake' but its certainly a unneeded blow at a unfotunate time. What could management have done, put out a NR saying theyre changing exchange levels?

I dont have any plans to sell for quite a while and Im sure things will be worked out by then. Just pisses me off. My broker is always trying to save me from myself, in the end they do more damage than good. No doubt Ill have to sign yet another waiver. And then theyll forget my wife's account. And then theyll send the wrong form. And on, and on, and on.

Ok, enough whining:)
