We have a company name change on the way. Kalahari stays and Greentech is out per IR. We will get a new website, namechange, and production details all about the same time. I made it clear that the key was to keep Stakeholders invested at the same levels of ownership on the unleashing of the next phase in the company switch from R&D to Market. $997 Million is the expected 2011 sales; conservative est's. China will throw a Billion at this out of the gate. 3 weeks ago China threw $3 Billion in a US Company and said this is in so many words "chump change" at 2011's total investment. "Kalahari Inc." already has a deep connection in China & India via our Middle Eastern Investor. "Kalahari Inc." will manufacture from India IMO as everything is in place to roll off the "Tri-Brid" in hours notice. I am sure China will want to have a hand in the production of the system also & a sweet marketing agreement. For valuation purposes let's use Industry Valuations from FSLR (First Solar). FSLR has $2.59 Billion in Revenues & a $14.12 Billion Market Cap on 85.72 Million Shares Issued (164.72). Let's make this conservative and use the entire Authorized (200 Million)and not issued on 1/2 the projected revenues for "Kalahari Inc." values @ $2.50 Per Share. In reality if we use Industry Standards KHGT "Kalahari Inc." is worth $11.25 Per Share.
