I alerted this one last night. OTC ce tag removal is not a RUMOR, its a fact. Chart looks prime to run, by Tuesday I think this one is around .0012/14 range. It has always had the volume, but it welcomed 4/1 buyers over sellers today, and it's going to move fast.
