Good Morning Linda,
I thnk I am a Premier Select account customer with Waterhouse.
I didn't guarantee them the the ten or more trades a month necessary to step up to the next level. That's alright with me.
I tried American Express which was supposed to be FREE trades with an account as big as mine. That was a fiasco. I got out in about a year.
Then I tried E-Trade. Worst company I have ever dealt with in my entire life.
Finally decided to come back to Waterhouse. I like their Customer Service department when there is a screw up. They also reinvest dividends for free and do it better than either of the others I have tried. Their statements are the easiest to read of any I seen including the two above, Prudential, and Merrill Lynch and several others.
One of the advantages of using AIM the way I do is that I don't have to trade excessively to be successful. Individual trade costs at $12 are way below Mr. L's, which is good enough for me.
Once again, GOOD TO HAVE YOU BACK!
Bernie
