You may be assuming too much in my words. I don't believe I ever stated that the Debtors are the ones to 'solely' get the anger... I certainly have, and have stated as much, issues with some of THJMW's decisions, etc.

But what I do find lacking are those who miss how much the Debtors are to blame here -- in a normal bankruptcy, the Debtors would be championing the estate, period. And if that happens to mean that the estate can recover sufficiently to allow existing equity to continue, then "great".

We don't see that behavior of the Debtors here. And when the anger goes around the table, I see a long of fingers pointed at THJMW -- and yes, I agree some of those fingers belong pointed that way -- but MUCH of that anger is misdirected and those fingers need to go another direction, at the Debtors instead.
