The SEC is a party to this case in the fact they have refused to release any discovery documents relate to trades in WMI. Trades that would basically prove fraud and collusion in the take down of WaMu! Short sale data, and more importantly NSS data. I do not expect any help from them before hell freezes over.


Its a SEC requirement which is good because it supercedes BK, and POS JMW.
