Okay, here's the scoop with ALL the OTC-BB companies ......

The OTC-BB was bought by Rodman & Renshaw and once all the companies have been moved by the market makers over to either the OTCQB or OTCQX, R&R will take over any remaining assets. Where is HSYT trading now along with all the other former OTC-BB's ? It's now trading on the OTCQB as of today (link below with real-time quote and corresponding MM's), NOT the pinksheets, as HSYT is fully reporting ......

There are approximately 1,000 companies still on the OTC-BB, but they're ALL being moved over by the market makers to the OTCQB or OTCQX and today just happened to be the day that HSYT was moved over.
