Weather Forecast
Thursday, February 24th 6:30am

Thursday morning will see frequent snow showers or "snow bursts" - heavier showers - will continue through most of the morning. The should be a break in the snow around noon but it will pick up again. Colder air arrives in force after 3 p.m.

Most areas will see 1-2 inches of accumulation. Because the coldest air is still north of Longview/Kelso, it won’t be a complete white-out everywhere. Some melting will occur in between showers. Daytime highs will be near 36.

Expect frequent snow showers through mid-morning. As things warm up around noon, a mix is more likely. Higher elevations around town will see up to 3” of snow in showers today. Colder air moves in late day and snow moves out.

Lows near 20 degrees and icy Thursday night.

Rain begins Saturday night and it could start as snow, but warm air will moves in quickly and melt it away and then it's rain showers heading into next week.
