I may be wrong but the skin might be partially off for a reason, ie final inspection by the FAA I seem to remember that it could not be fully covered until that happened. Also is not the covering the easy part? There may be parts of the assmbly that we do not see in those pictures. Also Huff stated that an updated timeline would be available tomorrow. I wouldn't be too quick to jump to any conclusuions from the little we see.
