Hi Janice :)

I'm back LOL

Why are we in this mess ?

There are a lot of people who believe that the core of this mess begins with three letters " S E C "

They may be right the SEC is pathetic
by using excuses that they have limited funding.

The reality is that it takes very little to protect investors
because of the power of the Internet!
They are simply not utilizing all the tools.

Primary reason there are so many scams out there?

The SEC has not done enough to label individuals who may scammed the public in the past.
Any stocks that involves this same individual wheather found guilty or not must list these people's names
when you pull up a stock symbol when checking for Quotes along the bottom of the screen.

Hece keeping a database of these possible Scam artists would prevent them from ever doing this again
and therefore giving the public the ability to make better decissions.

Knowing that these individuals are involved in a particular stock would then put the blame on the investor as they would be knowingly purchasing a stock with repeat offenders.
It is such a simple thing, yet the SEC has not put any effort to start this new trend. Why ? Why indeed ?

Even if there is insufficient evidence against a individual,
but having them listed as MAYBE would give the investors a better chance at avoiding a SCAM.
Clicking on the Maybe Scammer's Name would list a summary of their previous dealings with the SEC, how many stocks they have been involved with and what they were.

Lets give the public investor a fair chance.

Secondly when CMKX was trading billions of dollars
the SEC actually had no idea this was happening for quite
some time because their computers have never seen
trading at 13+ Billion shares per day.
Again they claim insufficient funding
and blame it on a computer Glitch.

A little bit of history can go a long way when it comes to
investing in stocks.
History does have a way to repeat itself.

Bill is rather sure that CMKX will trade again and he is working on
making this happen. Although a stock with such dilution may not have too much to go on, unless at least some of the money is returned to the people who invested in it.
This would have an astounding effect on the stock
as some small faith would be brought back that perhaps
the money that is with the company will be used
very wisely to make cmkx wealthy.

What gets me is that I know for a fact that CMKX had
really great Uranium claims and they have lapsed
but perhaps there is a legality issue that
the company was defrauding the shareholders and hence
these claims must be returned to the new CMKX.

If this were to happen then maybe then we have a chance
and seeing a profitable CMKX. The rest would
depend on the management.
