The buyout is basically confirmed with r/s under new management. The r/s shouldl be in the best interest of the buyer...since prior management made a note of no r/s.

I'm sure the new owners won't de-value their buy-out assets before getting a return.....

I just can't confirm who the buyer is....especially with 20 years of natural gas usage on the table...that
by itself is a hugh pay-off
