Nobody wants to say it but.... THIS IS THE COMPANY DUMPING ON US!!! It makes no sense any other way!! WTF. I guess they may need money to fill all the orders, but maybe in the PR if they stated that it wouldn't seem so SUCKY!

Other scenario would be a PAID PROMOTER dumbing their free shares.. either way if INCA paid for a promo where the hell is the value??
