If Liberty decides to buy Sirius, that is very good for investors. They'll have to buy it at a price much higher than the PPS. Plus, they'll have to buy up to 49.9% first to help with shareholder votes, so that will propel the price up and, at the same time, give us a strong indication they intend to buy the company.

The only BAD outcome would be if Liberty sold...though I SERIOUSLY doubt they would do that.
