Black Box (which I can't find even an allusion to on the Internet) was a stock-swap deal and I think the others were, too.

What sort of company sells itself for all-but-worthless stock?

Multiple-choice:

A) Worthless ones who are willing to participate in meaningless corporate thrashing-about intended to create the impression of viability.

B) Visionaries who see enormous potential in SLICES and are willing to invest their corporate assets to help bring it to fruition.

C)Blind and desperate "visionaries" who are being misled and looted by NNOS.

Take yer pick. I'd like to choose "B", but when I do, I feel naive and stupid. Maybe Wolfe & Co. will pull a rabbit out of a hat and restore my faith. Then again...?
