I suspect that Urbans going to be served up as the scape goat by the current CMKX control group. Seems that Iron Bob has been brought in by the group who is stuck with a huge holding of CMKX paper. Someone doesn't seem to want this symbol to fade away without an attempt to recover some of their investment.

I also suspect that the SEC wasn't even interested in CMKX until certain information surfaced during the USCA investigation. It wouldn't surprise me at all that someone who was in the hot seat over USCA offered information about CMKX that the SEC had to act upon. Something must have surfaced recently that caused the SEC to move so swiftly now.
