Here is another important point that I see, Matt has done well on a shoestring budget and credit cards to build the company thus far. He has performed admirably. My concern is whether he has the ability or has the support of a management team that can take him to the next level and negotiate with experienced investors who generally speaking, "eat Matt's for breakfast". I take nothing away from his ability, but having 150 million in your pocket to spend brings all the sharks out of the woodwork. I wouldn't want to see him get caught up in the moment being accepted into the Big Boy club and getting taken advantage of. It's like going from the minors to the majors. The game is the same, the rules are the same, the difference is the caliber of your opponent and his experience in that league.
