Well no one really knows if that was a buy or not, it was never confirmed. With 99.4% short that day and NO bid, my opinion is that it wasn't a buy.

I'm willing to bet it was another NMGL "Share Exchange". If so, the last day to file an 8K for that is 2/23/2011. If no 8K before or on that date, then I'm wrong.
