NeilPeart, no offense intended here, but I'm not sure how you managed to reach that conclusion. Vianna posted data regarding the transaction showing that it was a single buy at .0001, and I along with at least one other have confirmed that the shares we had up for sale were sold. So as for it being a share exchange...well I did exchange my shares for cash. Now if we do see a filing from NMGL or Sloan investments showing insider buying, then IMO I'll know two things. 1. actual cash is being spent by Lowenthal to aquire additional shares, and 2. It was a mistake for me to sell my shares. lucky for me I still have over half of my original position to play with.
