Good question. Patents?
When the battery production possibilities evaporated a couple years ago, several of us long time investors thought the company would file bankruptcy and disappear.

Didn't happen. Hmmm. Why not?
The company actually didn't have much debt and there are several patents on various technologies the company still retains which could theoretically be developed.
So the company languishes; but survives............and lingers on.

Even though the company address has bounced back and forth from TX to Las Vegas and back to Texas, the stock trades in small tranches on a weekly basis as if to contend it's still got potential. Someone wants this shell to survive.

Maybe certain parties are continually shopping it for a possible Reverse merger type deal, or they're hoping one of the patents will get recognized and invested in...........or, who knows.

After laying fallow for months, the major stockholders are able to gin up certain MMs and the momo boys and do these Pump and Dumps.........so certain shareholders are still active in this thing.
When the stock flat lined at .0003 & .0004 I bought a couple million shares a year or more ago and just sat on them.......just in case.............and sure enough we had that decent zoom to .0023 in December and I bailed.
I was hoping there might be some fundemental substance to the moves..........but apparently not...............yet. Who knows.

If one is willing to sit on a couple million share bought cheap, one might do well on the next MoMo zoom or actual endeavor.
