Just a thought guys.
Everyone is assuming that the gas value = $4 (+ or -) on the NYMEX.
Isn't it probable that the gas at this depth is more thermally mature and will have a higher BTU content thus making it more valuable than $4.
Anyone have any thoughts about this?
