This is a 100% untrue statement you made Gruber. Matt only sold 5% of his shares and has only had 1 disposition in two years. Please keep it real.

The writing was on the wall when Matt sold the majority of his shares last summer for apparent personal reasons. He knew then he was going to initiate this 500/1 split,that is why he sold then.

You can always tell an idiot, but you can't tell them much!
