Don: I wish I knew enough to give some sort of an intelligent answer to your question, but it's not my area, so I can't.

I do know what the judge's order/opinion said about the NOL's, so whether the debtor's attempt to avoid doing what she required will succeed or not is an open issue as far as I can tell.

Like I said, this is going to be an issue of substantial contention, and soon.

I just hope that Walrath comes out and says: "I told you, with specificity, what needed to be done to make this plan confirmable and instead of doing what I said needed to be done you took another tack. Denied. Let's see what the other parties can come up with in the way of alternative plans."
