Right. OTCBB. JB has been "working on" that for over a year.
He's also been "working on" Audited Fins. He says is needed to lift the DTCC freeze, a Year ago.

How about just getting Current of Filings? ANY Filings.
That might be a good start. LOL

And I agree, before any uplist a RS will be needed.
