Very well put on your part,and if you want you could read my postings before you answer to what I have to say.

For the past 45 days this company has been pumped by paid newsletter operators for different reasons. I decided to keep this as one of the stock on my list to follow up on its performance.

On the 15th a News Release came up concerning the acquisition and I noticed that it had gone up 50% for the day at one point.
I went into this company's hub board, reviewd all the comments, decided to do some investigation of my own and posted all that I had discovered based on my interpratation.
I came up to my own conclusions and I shared these with othe people of the Board. PLEASE READ THEM.

I believe this company has no sales, no contracts,no active production of any product,no manufacturing plant, no normal office with any staff or employees,it operatates from a virtual office location in Basel Switzerland, it has never received a legitimate offer for the takeover of the company at 15 cents per share, it has faked badly the so called "unsolicited offer" memo with a nonexistent company called Auric located in Spain. There are more fraud elements which at the moment I am not remembering because I want to post this now.
