Something to think about.

First off, I put some money into this obviously hoping it would go up. Unfortunately the price has gone down and wondering why, I couldn't find anything except this iHub that was totally against the stock (for the most part).

I could be dead wrong, but I would have to assume that the SEC would take due diligence before allowing a fake company to sell on the market. I'm not a lawyer, but wouldn't that be negligance on their behalf for not overseeing this company? So it's very hard to believe that this is a scam. Granted iHub users have made some pretty legitimate points about the buying company cannot be found online. However, after researching further, iHub itself has been sued before for bashing stocks to the point where the stock has gone down to captalize for their profit. Furthermore, I've been reading some of these posts of people that think the stock will keep falling but yet they are buying stocks after it falls to profit from it. Why buy if you think it will continue to go down? Granted I understand you can benefit from swings; but that is a very large risk.

Now to combat the why would you pay 0.15/share for something only worth 0.02, there are a couple things. First, companies in this industry sometimes buy out other companies for their patents. Secondly, the offer comes AFTER they announce a major signing of 26.75 million dollars of revenue each year for 10 years. They are buying 662.8 million shares at 0.15, or an investment of 99.42 million dollars. Those cash flows equate to an IRR of 23.70%. So the company is actually worth more than 15 cents per share.

Furthermore, before the announcement this stock was trading at an average of 3 cents BEFORE the announcement of the offer. I believe that due to the bashing of the stock and limited information from the buying company; this stock is currently undervalued. If the company was in fact an actual "shell" there wouldn't appear to be a level of resistance right around 0.015 cents which just so happens to be 10x profit for those buying up shares at 0.015.

Now, that being said. The true test of this forum is to see if my post is deleted. My research has concluded with that fact that iHub moderators delete posts that go against what they have to say (either bashing a stock or pumping up a stock) and then will explain they are deleting based off the rules. So go ahead moderators, confirm my findings. :)
