I am of the opinion that if it falls on a sunday they have until monday.
If it falls on a saturday then it seems to be on a friday.
Doesn't the Federal Government configure the day that a holiday is scheduled based on this or something like it ?
All I know is that when you get involved with the Federal Government things get really f___ed up.
The only thing I can say with certainity that would be a major positive as to how our gevernment works is that we should pass a constitutional amendment to not allow one f___ing lawyer to ever sit in Congress, the Senate, or occupy the White House as President.
Sh__, they can't even pass laws that are Constitutional or obey the laws that are Constitutional if these laws get in there way of what they want to do.
GEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEZZ. The current adminstration sucks like no other I have ever experienced. They will most definiely go down in history as even surpassing the Carter Administration as the worse in history.
