fifth Calendar Day?

r the subject quarterly report or transition report on Form 10-Q or subject distribution report on Form 10-D, or portion thereof, will be filed on or before the fifth calendar day following the prescribed due date

If it was Due COB on the 15th, the fifth calendar day is the 20th, which is Sunday, meaning, if they don't file on the weekends, means they've gotta report by Friday?

Anyone know?
