If news of the 400 million dilution was the reason for this stock to plummet from .15 to where it is now and then the dilution was rescinded, then this stock is just a time bomb waiting to explode. The merger just may be the catalyst to set the bomb off back to .15. I'll be doubling my position tomorrow. THANKS for the info!
