If the 'authorized' number of shares, akula, would be reduced 'in proportion' to the 'issued' ones, I, for one, would be MORE 'in favor' of a reverse split; but if what Mathias suspects is true, regarding 'authorized' shares remaining the same, then 'IN NO WAY' could I condone it. Either that, or would suggest that everyone 'IMMEDIATELY' dump their shares AFTER the split, before the remaining authorized ones are dumped as well....... Just a thought, dc....
