So your saying (or thinking) that if there is a R/S, it would not affect the total # of shares that can be issued?

Meaning if it is a 100/1 RS the authorized #of shares would not be reduced to 100 Million...it would stay at 10 Billion.

Is that what you’re saying?

If that’s what would happen...that would suck. That would effectively destroy anyone who has shares in the company right now. I'll do some digging and see what I can find out.
I would hope that in the event of a R/S everything would be changed.
